• For cancellations made on or before September 15, 2024, we offer an 80% refund of the registration fees paid, while 20% will be retained to cover processing fees.
• Conference registrations cancelled after September 15, 2024, are non-refundable.
• No-show attendees at the conference are not eligible for refunds.
• Group registrations are non-refundable.
• Kindly note that cancelling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Be sure to handle these matters separately.

To facilitate the refund process for conference registration, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Individual Refund Requests:
Each participant must submit a separate refund request form. Please avoid combining multiple cancellations into one request.

Payment Method and Processing Fee:
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and will be subject to a 20% processing fee based on the registration fees paid.
Please note that the entire refund process may take approximately 60 days from the date of your request submission.

Processing Time:
The PDAA 2024 LOC will process your refund within 30 days after receiving your request.
